Refunds & Exchanges

You can request a refund or exchange of your product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product remains unopened/is still in original packaging.

If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via phone or email to start the process.

We will process refunds no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your refund request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Returns

If you would like to return something, please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss the return or issues.

If you are returning an undamaged product, the product must be unopened/still in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

If the product arrived damaged, please send us a photo via email of the product in the state in which it arrived to you and we will issue a refund or replacement product accordingly. You may not need to send a damaged product back to us.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
